Xarom
Description
Xarom is a fantasy adventure set in the Scottish Highlands, where a portal leads to the world of the evil wizard Xarom. The goal is to defeat him without violence, focusing on exploration and problem-solving. The game features intuitive controls (mouse, icons, function keys) and RPG elements, like character experience and needs such as hunger and fatigue. Despite a pleasant soundtrack, the graphics are basic, and there are technical issues such as bugs and save problems. The parser can be frustrating, often failing to recognize objects mentioned in descriptions. Though the game has potential, it's held back by its amateurish execution, especially for a German-language adventure.
